Users community
In order to promote exchanges with our customers, SAS Qualios organizes each year a meeting of its user in which each customer can participate.
This day of exchange, in which an ever-increasing number of our customers participate, allows us to:
- Encourage exchanges between the different users of the Qualios software
- Better integrate our customers' requests into software developments
- Enable our customers to better use the Qualios software by allowing each participant to benefit from the experiences of other participants
- Make our customers proactive and active in the reputation of this software, the best way to advertise is by word of mouth.
These meetings, which are fully in line with our quality approach through our ISO 9001 certification, are a real area of progress for us, as shown by the satisfaction surveys we conduct each year and the release of new versions of the software.
